Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days for domestic UK orders and 2-3 business days for international orders. Please note, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. After processing, a second email will be sent with your shipment tracking information.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Carriers

Order Tracking

Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to reroute packages.
Delivery Issues
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage, and we will assist in arranging a return, exchange, or refund.
- Delayed Shipping: Occasionally, packages may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs delays). If you notice a significant delay in your delivery, please reach out to us for support.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Return/Exchange Period: You may return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
