Order Processing

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days for domestic UK orders and 2-3 business days for international orders. Please note, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. After processing, a second email will be sent with your shipment tracking information.

• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

• Shipping Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

1. Standard Delivery (2-5 business days):
   • Free for orders over £50.
   • £3.99 for orders under £50.
2. Express Delivery (1-2 business days):
   • £6.99 flat rate.

International Shipping

1. Europe:
   • £9.99 for orders under £100.
   • Free shipping for orders over £100.
2. Rest of the World:
   • £14.99 for orders under £150.
   • Free shipping for orders over £150.

 

Shipping Carriers

We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. Our trusted carriers include:

• Royal Mail (for standard UK deliveries)
• DHL and DPD (for express and international shipments)
• Hermes (for some local deliveries)

Carrier selection depends on the size, destination, and shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to reroute packages.

Delivery Issues

• Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund.
• Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage, and we will assist in arranging a return, exchange, or refund.
• Delayed Shipping: Occasionally, packages may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs delays). If you notice a significant delay in your delivery, please reach out to us for support.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Return/Exchange Period: You may return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
• Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
